Advent Playlist for Cornerstone Kids

There are some many fun Advent resources we can share together this season! I’ve taken all my Advent research and compiled my favorite ones for you here. Enjoy!

Text says "25 Free Family Advent Activities" A list from ChristinaVHides.com. Stars and snowflakes surround the words.

Christina Hides is a family pastor that has tons of great ideas. If you’re still looking for some creative and free family Advent Activities, this is a lovely list to get you started!
Text says "We Wonder Podcast Advent" on a purple background. There is a thought cloud with a star in the center of it.

We Wonder is a contemplative kids’ podcast (lots of wondering). They do a daily Advent podcast that is 10-15 minutes long. My family won’t use this every night, but we’ll use it a few nights a week and color while we listen. Super easy to find in whatever podcast app you use.
Waiting Songs album cover. It has an angel, a fox, a star, an Advent candle set, and a manger on it. along with the name "rain for roots"

“Rain for Roots” is a new-to-me music group that makes singable Scripture songs for kids & grown-ups. (Fun fact – two of their collaborators were in my Children’s Ministry class this summer!)
I’ve been enjoying their Advent album. These songs are all about the waiting and anticipation of Advent. My favorite one right now is “Every Valley.”
Link is to their online store, but their albums are easily found on your favorite streaming service.
